How To Book
Bookings normally open five weeks before first performance.
Our ticket price is currently £12 plus a booking fee for all classes. We usually offer concessions for children at Pantomimes only.
Bookings are made either online or by telephone. This allows for online seat selection and payment for tickets using a credit or debit card, with the option to print tickets at home.

Telephone Booking Process Details
- Once booking is open, the TicketSource telephone box office service is available from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 7.00 pm (excluding bank holidays) and Saturday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
- A telephone service fee of £1.75 applies to all completed bookings. This fee is per booking not per seat.
- Calls received outside of available hours will operate on an answerphone and call back basis.
- The telephone box office service is available via a local rate 03 telephone number.
- Tickets for telephone bookings will be dispatched by text message or email.
- If a customer does not have access to text messages or email, TicketSource will supply the booking confirmation number and advise the customer to provide the booking confirmation number along with some form of identification on arrival at the Playhouse.
